Windows 7 Boot error 0xc000000e on HP laptop

I came across a Windows 7 Boot error 0xc000000e on my newly purchased HP laptop. I hope this doesn’t have anything to do with the manufacturing defects. Please let me know proper suggestions so as to fix this issue.

    Hi,

The displayed message means either a hardware is set improperly or have some problem, or the Operating System installed is damaged.

Now you have a brand new unit and hardware failure can be ruled out but not impossible. Do you have many attachments in your computer? If yes, unplug them and start the computer in SAFE MODE, watch for any change. If you find no message, boot in normal mode and insert the Windows Installer CD in the optical drive and boot from it , then choose REPAIR the system option , that will replace any damaged file that may have created your trouble.

You can also choose to Clean Install Windows 7 to avart the hassle.

    Thanks.

    HELLO FRIEND ,

    Windows failed to start?

Recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

    To fix the problem:

    1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.

    2. Choose your language settings, and then click next

    3. Click "repair your computer."

    or

    1:
Unplug all the external devices and try booting and check.

    2:
Check if you are able to boot in safe mode or not.

    you can try download EasyBCD.
(OR run probably bcdedit command from recovery dvd_win7_disk)

This program will boot your machine.

Then look at your item which boot Win!
My item had a record with *unknown* device or similar *Deleted partition* drive.
I suppose correctly there must be something like C:\.
So instead of delete that item I prefer added next and selected right drive for it.
It can be one of C:\,D:\,E:\,... with your Windows directory (where you have installed it).
More interesting is that it didnt have to be equal letter as it appears after boot in different computer, different hdd order, ...

    Hello,
It seems like your operating system is corrupted and that may be reason why your system is not starting.
You need your Operating System disc, Insert it and boot from it and it will give you the option to "repair" your computer. Then follow the instructions.
If that does not work install fresh operating system and try reloading Hard disk Driver.
    Regards...
