    dear friend,

Did you get any error message when the Java update failed?
    You may try these steps:
Step 1: Update the drivers for your chipset-

Also uninstall and reinstall display adapter drivers.
    Follow these steps:
    a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager. If you're
prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    b. In the list of hardware categories, click on display adapters, and then double-click the device name.
    c. Click the Driver tab, click Uninstall, and then follow the instructions. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide
    confirmation.
    d. Restart the computer.
    Refer this link for help:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...rking-properly.

Step 2: Put the computer in clean boot state-

Perform a clean boot on your computer to check if a third party program or service is causing the problem. With the help of clean boot we can isolate the program and disable it.
Refer this KB article for more information:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Steps to perform a clean boot:
    a. Click the Start orb on your Desktop
    b. Type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
    c. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
    d. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
    e. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
    f. Click OK.
    g. When you are prompted, click Restart.

hi my dear friend..........there may be a cause with the flash player

    1. first you download the flash player from the internet

    2. then install the application

    3. then reboot your system and open the games again

If the same problem will arises then ....you need to install the video drivers

then also the same problem arises then check your compatitability of the ....OS

i mean ......check the requirements for the 64-Bit......that is

If you want to run Windows 7 on your PC, here's what it takes:

    ∑ 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

    ∑ 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

    ∑ 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)

∑ DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver...............ALL THE BEST

    Hi,

The answer for your query is.

To play games or video via internet you need to install the Adobe Flash Player.
So you install it before your play games or videos.
If you have installed it before only but you are facing the problem.
then you have to update the software.
or you uninstall it and install it again to resolve the problem.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.............................

1.Firstly to play online games you need to have Adobe Flash Player in your system.

2.If you have it before only but still you have the problem then you uninstall it first.

3.Then you download the latest version of it and then install it.

4.If still you have the same problem then this can be the problem of the virus or the browser.

    Dear Friend,

This might be due to the crashing of flash player plugin in your browser.

    Try using other browsers.

Also try to update the browsers.

The flash game sites are more prone to bugs.

So it is better to avoid then.

    Wish you all the best.
