Windows 7 notebook crashes on sleep or hibernate

I have an HP notebook running in Windows 7 Professional. The system crashes every time I put it in sleep or hibernate mode. When I start the system again, I get a notification that Windows did not shut down properly. Event viewer shows a critical error (41) each time this happens. What seems to be the problem? How can I solve this?

Yes sometimes this type of problems may rise in the Windows 7 Notebook when you deal with the sleep and hibernate. This could be easier problem to solve if you are ready with the Genuine windows 7 OS software. The system crashes out when you press sleep so that it must get the shutdown properly and the issue will be cleared. You can always have the solution for this issue of sleep. So when you put the system in Sleep mode it may lose its time limited then it automatically shuts down with out your permission. This problem can be solved by the removal of those errors with the genuine software installation.
