Windows 7 PC shows horizontal lines on web pages

Whenever I access web pages through my PC running on Windows 7, I can find horizontal lines on the screen. It is not possible to click any items inside those lines. How can I get rid of them?

HI my dear friend......to resolve this issue follow my instructions

this problems may cause virus, video Drivers and also OS errors

and to solve this issue ...simply restore your PC for that

click the start menu and open the control panel

then click on system and security option from the menu

after that click on Backup and restore option and choose the recover system settings or computer option

then ( if you have restore point or image then go with Advanced recovery methods option ) other wise click on OPEN SYSTEM RESTORE option

and click NEXT and after click FINISH ........

if the above problem is not solved then also check the Video drivers and RAM

    ALL THE BEST.......!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

In order to solve the issue you need to take a few steps.

    1. Whichever browser you are using now to browse the net, Uninstall it from the Widows and download the latest compatible copy from the internet and install.
Start>ControlPanel>Programs>select Internet Explorer from the list, Uninstall. Afterwords, install the latest Internet Explorer.
    2. If that fails to solve your problem, install the latest Device Driver for Video by going to :
Computer>Manage>Device Manager>Display Adapters>Uninstall, then select Update Driver to update to the latest driver.

    Thanks.

    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
    1.Open
Display Settings by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.
    2. Click Advanced Settings, click the Troubleshoot tab, and then click Change settings.
Note that some video card drivers do not permit you to change settings.

    Also try hardware trouble shooter
Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting. Under Hardware and Sound, click Configure a device.* If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Thank you.
    3. Move the Hardware acceleration slider toward None to reduce or turn off video hardware acceleration.

    Hello !!

you didn't told us that,in which browser you are getting these horizontal lines.
or you are getting these lines in all the browser.
if you are getting these lines in a particular browser than either your that browser is infected or corrupted.
but if you are getting these lines in all the browser windows than here seems to be problem with your display drivers.

your display driver has damaged due to the infection into your system.
as unwanted horizontal lines are mostly symptoms of viruses only.
so download latest antivirus with updated engine and scan your whole system.
you will get the actual problem.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting.

    Hello friend..

Normally when you see the Horizontal line, vertical line or any other types of line in the screen that are monitor side problem but this line you can see all the time in the moniter screen when you start then shut down..

but you say that you see the horizontal lines on web pages that that means your browser may be corrupted or you can be access the all full page that time show..

firstly you check the internet speed then if internet speed is fast speed then you access all the page and secondly you will be do the reset the web browser..
