Windows 7 phone always says “Windows Live ID unavailable” while updating apps via Market Place

I have updated the applications through Market Place only once since I bought my Windows 7 phone. After that, I keep getting the message “The Windows Live ID service is unavailable right now, try again later” whenever I try to perform an upgrade. How can I fix up this issue?

Unlock the phone and wait until you can view the home page on the screen. Then, locate the arrow button available on the home screen. Tap on that button once you find it. This will bring up a list of options on the screen. Scroll through that list and hit the ‘Settings’ option reside at the bottom part. Then, make a single tap on the ‘Emails & Account’ option visible on the screen. Choose ‘Windows Live’ account and type in the password again. After that, restart your phone and check whether it is possible to update the apps via Market Place.

    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
    >>Open Office
    >>Under OneNote
    >>Click All where it shows all pages
    >>In the bottom click the Sync button next to the plus sign
    >>It will ask you to login
    >>after retyping the password everything starts working

    Thank you.
