Hiding and Unhiding of drives can be done in windows 7 through Group Policy. Here you are asking about How to unhide the drives in windows 7. The steps are as follows:
Open Run by pressing windows + R
Now type gpedit.msc and press Enter
In the left pane, click on User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, and Windows Explorer.
In the right pane, right click on Hide these specified drives in My Computer and click on Properties.
Select Disabled or Not Configured and click on OK.
Now close the Group Policy and open my computer. You would be able to see all hidden drives.
Sometimes virus affects your group policy and thus makes some changes which hides the drives sometimes. It is due to this reason that most of the expert recommend users to use a good Antivirus software.

If after doing this also you are unable to see your folders than your system is infected with virus.
And you should install a god antivirus on your system and than scan your system properly.
