This problem is due to the power management feature on the USB port of the windows computer. To resolve this issue, you need to follow the following steps. First you need to click on the start menu and open the control panel. In control panel you will have an option called Hardware and sound. There you will find an option called Device manager. Inside device manager one of the options would be USB Hub. Right click on USB Hub and click on properties. Move to the last option called Power management and uncheck all the options present in that window.

If you are facing this problem, then there is problem with the Power Management Feature of your USB Port in Windows.
To solve this issue, follow these simple steps:

~> Just right-click on your My Computer from the desktop.

~> Then, click on Manage option.

~> Now, click on Device Manager in the left pane of Dialog box.

~> Right-click on USB and click on Properties.

~> Now, move to the last option "Power Management".

~> Uncheck all the boxes present in that dialog box.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say......

1.Firstly you require a iTunes software installed in your computer.

2.You can download it from the apple store.

The reason why your system freezes because:-
There may be the problem in the power management to resolve it do as i say.

1.Firstly go to the start menu.

2.later make a right click on the 'My Computer'.

3.There you go to the 'Manage' option.

4.Now a new window will open.

5.There you go to the 'Device Manager'.

6.There you select the option 'Universal Serial Bus controller' on the right side.

7.You can see list of files under it.

8.make a right click on any one of those 'USB Root Hub'.

9.And navigate to the properties and then go to the 'Power Management' tab.

10.There you uncheck the option 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.

    11.At last click 'OK'.

That's it by doing as i said you can fix your problem.

Or this problem may occur due to the unsufficient ram speed so when you plug in the iPhone
Then only plugin the Pendrive as it acts as a additional speed to your computer.

    Have a nice day.............
