    Hi,

To solve the problem you need to fist disable the Windows Defender.you need to run the service.msc command in "Run" found in Accessories.
search for Windows Defender, double click on it, choose "disable" click apply,
Type "msconfig" in "Run" under Accessories, in startup tab, uncheck "Windows Defender".
    Click "apply" and Restart .

If you have other Antivirus installed in the system then Windows Defender will stop working automatically, keep it in mind.

    All the Best.

Open Run, and type in services.msc then press Enter.
    2. In services window, locate Windows Defender service in the services list.
    3. Verify that the Status is Started. If the Status column is blank,
right click on the service and select Start.
4 If you get error trying to force start the Windows Defender service, try to change the Startup Type to Automatic, and then restart the computer.
