Windows Explorer error while trying to share my system with my neighbours system

Hi,i have been using Windows 7 for the past few years. I wanted to connect my system with my Neighbours system by using Network. But, while i tried connecting to share my system with my neighbours system, it showed some message as “Windows 7 Error: “Windows Explorer has stopped Working”. This is first time i’m facing this kind of error while using my Windows 7 PC. Is there any Solution for this?

    dear friend,

There are some ways which you can try to solve this matter-

    1. Safe mode- Run your computer in safe mode & try to connect after that-

    • Restart your Computer.
    • Press F8 before the log on screen appears.
    • Selective Startup option will appear.
    • Now select the safe mode with the help of navigation keys & press enter.
    • Your computer will start in safe mode.
Now try to connect two computer in a network.

    2. Perform a clean boot -

    • Type windows key+R together-it'll open the RUN window.
    • Type msconfig in the edit box & press enter.
    • System configuration window will appear.
    • Select the General tab & check the Selective startup option-uncheck the box beside Load startup items.
    • Select the Startup tab & check the box beside Hide all Microsoft services option.
    3. Disable your anti-virus program & disable Windows Firewall before connecting to a network.

    Hope this will work.
