I am a windows vista user. I am facing so many issues and best way to get some assistance is "Windows Help and Support" service. However the same service has stopped working and now i am not able to run the same from "Start Menu". I am getting an error message "Help Topic Not Found, This content under construction, We were unable to retrieve the requested topic.". What should I do?

To solve this issue,create a new User Account. Once done, log into it and you would be able to access Windows Help and Support service without any issue. It seems that this issue occurs due to some software bug. If you don't know,how to create a new user account then click on start Button>>Control Panel. Now use the classic view and check the left Panel.You will find an option with title "User Accounts". Simply Double click on it. Once done,click on "Manager Another Account" and then on "Continue"(if it asks for permission). Now click on option "Create a New Account" and fill a name for your account. After that make sure that you choose the "Administrator" and not the "Standard User" because it may not work for "Standard User "Account due to permission issues. After the completion of all steps,open your Windows Help and Support.You would be able to access it without any issue.

Hi, Dear friend
To fix this issue ....follow the below instructions
First of all download the below registry key from the internet .... that simply visit this link to download it
http://www.adobe.com/support/dreamwe...nd_Support.zip
Which usually in the ZIP form ... So, simply right click on DW8_Fix_Help_and_Support zip folder and choose EXTRACT HERE
After that double click on DW8_Fix_Help_and_Support.reg that is

And if prompted for administrator .... confirmation .. simply provide it and click OK
After that restart the PC now ...and check if it helps
