Most of the users facing this issue has claimed that they have fixed this issue by uninstalling two Adware programs namely "Infoatoms" and "GetSavin". Simply press "Windows key+R",type "Control" in the run command box and hit enter. You will be redirected to the control Panel. There go to Program and Features and look for the above mentioned program. Once found, uninstall them and check whether it fix your issue or not.
