The Windows Live OneCare Utility cleanup tool has to be downloaded at first. The ‘File Download – Security Warning’ dialog box will get displayed and you have to tap on ‘save’. Select the file and hit on ‘Run as administrator’. Hit on the option labeled ‘run’ followed by ‘continue’. There you can see the option ‘I accept the terms of the End User Licensing Agreement’. That option needs to be select and then click on ‘Clean’ option. Finally tap on ‘Restart Now’ to apply the effect.
