Yes that problem can be easily solved with the following process :
The Windows which you want to open has to be selected and then you have to go through the file selection.
There you have to select the default windows to the maximum size so that you can open it every time from the next.
This is the best way to solve that issue.

To maximise the Window which is coming in minimized form here is the suggestion to solve the issue.

First open "Windows Group Policy" Editor.
Press Win key+R to bring up Windows "Run" console and type gpedit.msc , press Enter. In the Windows Group Policy Editor window, go to the following path :
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer.
In the Right-hand pane find Start Windows Explorer with Ribbon maximized and double-click on it.
In the next pop-up window select Enable , OK to save settings.

    Try the trick. Thanks.

    • Open Screen Resolution by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer down, and then clicking Search), enteringDisplay in the search box, tapping or clicking Settings, and then tapping or clicking Display.
    • Choose one of the following:
      • Smaller - 100% (default). This keeps text and other items at normal size.
      • Medium - 125%. This sets text and other items to 125% of normal size.
      • Larger - 150%. This sets text and other items to 150% of normal size. This option appears only if your monitor supports a resolution of at least 1200 x 900 pixels.
    • Tap or click Apply.
