Windows Silverlight installation fail in Panasonic notebook with Error code 641

The Windows Silverlight installation fails in my Panasonic notebook indicating an Error code 641. Can we have some turn around solution for this error?

Make sure the Windows Installer Service is not disabled in Services.

You dont have to panic or worry.
Just install a new version , i.e an updated one on your system.
It will be installed easily and will run smoothly.
Sometimes you get errs because the software is just not compatible with your system.

you need window 7 ultimate and ASP.Net 2010 to install the silverlight in computer..

first you create the administrator accound and you also need to delete silverlight from registry table because deleting silverlight folder is not enough for uninstalling silvelright. Since you are using 64bit os, you will find silverlight from Registry as follows HKLM/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Microsoft/Silverlight

If you've failed to install windows Silverlight then you must go for update.

Visit Microsoft website & download the whole updated package-with the KB article no.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/default.aspx & search the update with the help of the KB article no.

Now install the update version.

Try to install it in a different drive from the OS installation drive.

If this doesn't help then perform a clean boot.

If this also doesn't help then open the command prompt by running the cmd in RUN window.

Type chkdsk/ r to check for the hard disc & to take action against the bad sectors.

Hope these will help you a lot to solve your issue.

some perpose to uses and website and downloaded such things to updated in hte package with in kb article..

Just Follows the steps are:

--> first of all install that softeare and version on it..

--> then to does not hlp to perormance to it try them in hte operating system and trouble hem install them..

--> different drivee form the Operating system drive to stop it and unknown things..

--> also does not help then open the command prompt by running the "cmd" in the run windows..
