HI,
this is occuring due to automatic installed is turned on your computer and it checks for update after every one hour,
you need to change the duration after which system checks for updates,to do this all you need to do is
go to start and type "turn automatic update on or off", select the same from search results and open it.
now set the schedule according to your need, and then press ok

Dear Friend,
Don't Worry, its just Windows Updates, in which windows automatically update your laptop/computer when your are connected to internet and of course when you have allowed it to do it for you.
But, if you don't want it to do so then you can disable it and don't allow it to update without asking you.
Just follow the easiest steps given by me below :
1) In the Search box of Start button in Windows 7, type - Windows Update.
2) And then, select the Windows Update option in search result.
3) When Windows Update windows opens up, look for - Change Settings option in lest side.
4) Click on Change Settings option.
5) In the Settings option, click on the menu below the heading - Important updates.
5) In the menu select - Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them.(Because it is a good option)
6) After selecting it click on OK. (If it ask click on Yes.)
Hope This Helps You.
