Windows update KB2686828 keep repeating on HP desktop system

A Windows update KB2686828 showed up while I was using my HP desktop system and I tap the option to make the update proceed. But the issue is that the update keeps on repeating on my system making the system too slow affecting other actions. What is the recommended solution for this issue?

    Dear friend,

You can solve by proceeding as follows:

    1. Manually download the window update KB2686828 from Microsoft Download Centre.
    2. Disable your anti-virus before installing that update as it can interfere with the installation.
    3. Install the window update.
    4. Re-enable your antivirus as soon as you have installed window update.
    5. Restart your PC.

    Or

You can hide the window update as follows:
    1. Go to Control Panel> Window update.
    2. Click the link that showing you that important updates are available.
    3. Select the update that you want to hide, Right-Click on it,
    and then click "Hide update".

    4. You can do this for each update you want to hide.
    5. Click "OK" to apply the changes that you have done.

    Thanks!
