    Hi,
Did you have encountered the same problem earlier?
Windows 7 is a very stable operating system but in your case something happend dramatic.
Check your system for any virus / malware and clean it.
remove all updates and install from official microsoft site, updates those are necessary.
Boot in safe mode and on getting proper booting session exit.
Boot normally and probably your problem is gone.

    Thank you.

    Hey friend ,

You are facing this problem because of BITS(Background Intelligent Transfer Service):

    • Either BITS is not running.
    • OR BITS is not communicating with Web site.

To solve this problem you have to follow these steps:-

    1. go to Start, then go to Run,
    2. type Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgr.dll, hit enter
    3. go to Start, then go to Run
    4. type regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgrprxy.dll, hit enter.
    5. go to Start, then Run
    6. type services.msc, and then click OK.
    7. go to Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
    8. click Start.
Now your BITS work properly and your problem is solved.

    hiiiiiii
this problem arise due to disappearing of bits in Services.msc for recovering these try this
    C:\Windows\system32> sc create BITS binpath= “c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -knetsvcs” start= delayed-auto
[SC] CreateService SUCCESS,now check in services.msc whether all bits are working and try to update windows again
    Thank You
