    Windows Vista can display only the details of pictures

    I have saved lot of pictures in my PC running on Windows Vista. Whenever I try to view them, it just shows their date, time and name. How can I view my pictures again on my PC?

    Click on the ‘View’ button on top part of the window and select ‘Large icon’ from the drop down menu. If the still persists on your PC, then click on the ‘Tools’ option. After that, click on ‘Folder Options’ for viewing another small window. Press the ‘View’ tab afterwards and check the Files and Folders under ‘Advanced Settings’. Clear the check box next to ‘Always show icons, never thumbnails’ label. Click on both ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’ button for quitting the window. Finally, open a picture and see whether it displays the image instead of its details.

    YES windows Vista can display only the details of pictures.

    The steps to be followed are:

    --> First click on the view button on top of the window

    --> Then select Large Icon

    --> If then also the problem persists perform the below steps;

    --> select Tools----> Folder options ----> View ----> Advanced Options ----> Always show icons, never Thumbnails --> Apply ---> OK

    Thus it is done.

    thus you can get rid of this problem.
