Windows Vista Error "The security center service can't be started"

I have windows vista computer but I am not able to turn on the windows firewall. Whenever I try to do so, It flashes an error message "The security center service can't be started". Is there any issue with Windows Firewall Program? If not, What's the fix?

Try to start Windows Vista using the F8 method. Restart your computer and keep pressing "F8" key repeatedly until you see the "Windows Vista Advanced Boot Options". In this screen, Select "Safe Mode with Networking" option using the arrow keys. After that, Press the "Enter" button on your keyboard to boot into Windows Vista Safe Mode. You will see a typical logon screen after the fresh restart. Logon to your computer and your computer will open in safe mode. Do the required task. Download and run Rkill as well. It doesn't remove Malware but stops the Malware process. You can also use Malwarebytes AntiMalware program for the same purpose as well.
