It seems that you may download virtualized files into your PC. Such files cannot be accessed through Windows Explorer. The ‘Compatibility Files’ button appear as a result of virtualized files in the corresponding folders. You can view the files by simply clicking on this button. Otherwise, type C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore into the address bar on top part of a window. Then, you can find the files you want from the list pop up on the window. Another way to view the compatibility files is to save the application data into a folder available under the user profile.

:: First you need to open the window screen and it is done by ctrl+E.

:: Now in the upper address bar you have to paste the below line in it and then enter.

C:\Users\User_name\App Data\Local\Virtual Store into the address bar.

:: After doing this you will get list and from that list you find the files that you want to see.

:: This way you will see the download files .
