Windows XP displays “no printer spooler is present” message

Every time I try to print anything from my PC running on Windows XP, I keep getting the message “no printer spooler is present”. I have re-connected the printer and restarted the PC. The issue still persists on my system. What should I do to get rid of this issue?

Press the ‘Start’ button and wait until the start menu pop up on the screen. Click the ‘Run’ option available in that menu and type services.msc into ‘Open’ field. Hit the ‘OK’ button afterwards so that the services window will pop up on the screen. Navigate through the services listed in the right column and click the ‘Print Spooler’ service. Then, click the ‘Restart the service’ link on the left side. Once the service gets restarted, quit all the windows and cancel the print jobs in queues. You can then try to print again with the printer connected to your system.

    Hello

This types of error generally comes due to following region..

    >>>Printer was turn off when you want to print file from that.
    >>>Printer Device driver does not install successfully.
    >>>Power failure during printing.
    >>>Printer is on busy mode.

I suggest you check all the four things. If you get one of these than try to repair or follow these instruction.

--->Make sure your printer is turn on and worked properly and there is a no power failure during printing
    process.

--->To check the printer is attached with system correctly or not. you need to open Device Manager by right
clicking on My computer and than click Mange option and last click on Device Manager.

--->Here you will find the printer name if your printer installed successfully.

--->Now try to print document this time you will get success.

    Try this good luck..................
