Re: Windows XP restarts with an Internal Error message on screen.

    Hi dear friend,

This issue may occur if a particular system file missing or corrupt

So, first of all go to start menu and click All programs .....and point Accessories.....and right click command prompt and choose RUN AS ADMIN and click YES

after that type sfc/scannow and press ENTER key .....and if prompted for ... Inserting media ...simply insert the windows xp CD ... continue the process ... .and wait for the completion of process

And also You may run a Checkdisk to see if there are any disk errors which might be causing this issue

that is press windows key+E combination then right click on C:\DRIVE and choose PROPERTIES

after that tap on TOOLS tab.....and click Check Now button under the Error-Checking Category

then select Scan for and Attempt Recovery of Bad Sectors and finally click START button ....

and also check whether the installation file that is Yahoo mail ... ...is downloaded properly or not .....and if not ....simply download the new one from the internet and try again

AND I HOPE THE ABOVE LINES WILL HELPS YOU TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

    all the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
