The os got crashed so the system tries to boot from the dvd drive thats why the noise is coming..so you need to reboot your system.1.if you have booting cd/dvd insert in the disk drive and select the corresponding options to boot your system......2.if you dont have bootable cd, open your cpu cabin remove the power cord and data bus from the hard disk..Go to the service centers and ask them to boot your hard disk.. the price for booting would be around rs.500.......

    Hello my friend,

The scene of your problem is not quite clear. You could have provided some more details what type of specific issues are you getting.
If you are desktop is not at all booting then check Power cord cable,SMPS etc.
Then check for if all the devices like keyboard, mouse are connected as it is checked at booting time.
Then check if preference of booting devices are in order, that is HDD is the booting device in the BIOS setup.
check for if your hard drive is not faulty.

    ALL THE BEST.

    1. Well if any noise coming from your system is because of RAM to fix this, release RAM clean it and rearrange.(If still have sound your RAM may having problem)
    2. And if system not takes booting means either CD may not having boot file or it is BIOS boot priority issue.
    • To set correct boot priority go to BIOS settings> Advanced
    • Set First boot device CD/DVD and second boot device hard disk
    • Then Save and exit
    • Now insert CD and try to boot again
    All the best

    dear friend,

    Probably your system got crashed.

For that its trying to boot from DVD drive at the time of start up.

It must be the reason for the unwanted noise.

if you have bootable DVD or USB drive then you can boot your machine from these external devices.

If you don't have then bring your hard disc to the service station & ask for a booting-for that you have to pay some charges.
