Your observation is important and viruses do cause such hassles, but my question is why didn`t you clean the virus?
Immidietly boot from the optical drive using a bootable CD / DVD, run a good anti virus from that optical drive and scan and clean all drives.

Re boot and you will be able to do your intended job.
    Thank you.

    Dear friend,

You have said that your PC is infected with viruses. Deleting a file with a suspicious virus is not recommended way to
    remove virus.

The viruses should be removed by branded anti-virus software only. These anti-virus softwares remove the virus from the file and put
the viruses in a folder called as its chest. The chest is under constant monitoring from the antivirus program.

You can delete the viruses from antivirus program. And the deleted viruses don’t go to your recycle bin.
They are deleted permanently from your computer.

Well, to solve the issue you have to install a good anti-virus software such as Kaspersky,
AVG, Quick Heal, Norton etc. Install any one of then to your PC. Now, scan your PC with
your anti-virus. It will detect the virus and clean your PC. After cleaning your PC you will
be able to empty your Recycle Bin.

    Dear Friend,
Deleting a certain file will not help to remove the virus effect from your computer.

You need to install a good and branded antivirus in your system.

The anti-virus program will help you to keep your system safe and smooth working.

    ><Install a good anti virus if you are not having.

    ><Then open the anti virus program and click on total scan.

    ><If there is any virus then the anti virus will defect it.

    ><It will ask for disinfection.

    ><Select disinfection through reboot.

    ><This will reboot your system and remove the virus.

    ><If you think you may then delete the contains of the recycle bin but the virus is not kept in the recycle bin it is kept in Chest of the antivirus under constant monitoring.
