Getting DLL error message on startup in Windows vista

I have a laptop running Vista Basic it boots and runs fine but when its loaded to the desktop an error comes up in a small window: c:windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\LXCFtime .dll missing entry; RunDLLEntry. It is quite annoying to the user to close the window every time at startup. Can someone help please. Awaiting for the solution.

Re: Getting DLL error message on startup in Windows vista

    Hi,
This is a clear cut issue of missing registry entry.
You need to edit the registry by writing "regedit" from the command prompt,
you can manually manuoever to C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\W32x86\3\LXCFtime .dll or enter that in a search field to reach that entry. Watch out for a missing entry.
From windows search find if that .dll file is located in system32 directory or not.
If not found dowmload a copy from microsoft site and install that.
    Problem will be over.
    Thank you.
