    dear friend,

Are you sure that you are in safe mode!

Because you can see the Start button & the Run option in Safe mode.

If you can't see these options then there is only one solution for you- i.e Formatting.

If you can see these options then you may follow these steps to get out of Safe mode-

Click Start, and then click Run.

In the Open box, type msconfig, and then click OK.

On the Services tab, click to select the check box that is next to Windows Installer .

Click OK, and then click Restart to restart the computer.

Hope these will help you a lot.

Check the video to know more about this.

If you can't see the option then you have to formatting your PC.
If you can see then follow the steps.
Go to control panel>run>msconfig>service>window installer (stopped).
Then click "OK". and then Click "restart".

    Hello,

If you cannot see the icons f your computer than.

Press "Contrl + Alt + Delete"

This will open the task manager of your system.

    Now click on "New task"

Now type the "Explorer" in the box.

This will start your explorer file.

Which makes you see all your icons .

    -Regards
