    Dear Friend,

The problem seems to be because of corrupt Roxio digital media enhancement programs.
The easiest way to solve the error is to reinstall the program and then restart your computer.

Your problem will be solved. If the problem still persists then you may try restoring your computer to an earlier date when the error was not coming.
You must make sure that you have restore point created in your computer.

    Best of luck!!!

Am getting the error message while starting the windows 7 computer, and the error message is "Error: Layoutdll13.dll is missing”, and after this message the machine won't continue to start. I need to restart it several times to get the home screen. What is the solution for this error?
