Re: Not able to play Audio files in Windows 7

    Dear friend

A few days earlier, i was too facing the same problem.

This kind of problems mainly occur after updating windows version.

But you don't worry, I will help you.

First of all, check your sound with other speakers.

If you are facing same problem again then it must be Audio drivers problem.

To overcome this problem, you can go to the nearest computer expert and tell him to install Realtek HD Audio driver compatible to your system hardware.

He will hardly charge you Rs. 100 for this.

But if you don't want to go then you can also search online for compatible Audio drivers for your system hardware.

But I think it's quite difficult to find compatible Audio drivers online.

So, you should better go to the computer expert.

Hope the answer will be helpful.

    Regards
    SBMU

Re: Not able to play Audio files in Windows 7

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..................................

1.This can be the problem of your speakers.

2.So if you are using the external speakers then connect them to the another device and they are working or not.

3.If that is not your problem then this is the problem of the Audio Drivers version.

4.So you make a right click on 'My Computer' and then click on 'Manage'.

5.Then you click on 'Device Manager' open Audio Drivers and then update them.

6.If still you have the problem then it is the hardware problem of your Speaker or the Speaker ports so try to fix them.

    Have a nice day.................................

Re: Not able to play Audio files in Windows 7

    Hello Friend,

Well, there can be many issues involved in your problem. You should first uninstall the audio driver and re-install it to your PC. Now check wheher there is some hardware problem with your audio speakers or not. Check the audio jack carefully and if there is any loose connection do tight the jack to the audio port. You also have to check whether you have accidentally push the mute button on your keyboard or not. Check if there is any issue with your audio port or not. If still you can't find out the real reason behind your audio problem then you should visit your local computer store and talk to the technician about the issue.

    Bye,
