    Dear friend,

    1. Were you able to use the same projector without any issue earlier on the same computer?
    2. Are you able to use the other USB devices without any issue?
You receive one of the following errors:
Your <Device Name> is currently disabled or turned off in Windows
Your <Device Name> has a driver problem and needs to be reinstalled
Windows has detected a problem with your <Device Name>, it is not working properly
There is no driver installed for your <Device Name>

    >>Connect the device to different USB port and check.

    Hello

This kind of problem might be caused due to these reasons...

===>Projector does not supported by Windows 7 system.
===>Projector driver software does not in correct format to install fully into your system.
===>Due to connection problem between Projector and System's port.

To solve that problem you can try these steps...

===>First off all Make sure that your printer connected with system correctly.
===>Check Projector driver software compatibility with Windows 7 system.
===>Download Projector driver software from the net with Windows 7 compatible.
===>Now open Device Manager, and than find the Projector under the Printers.
===>Right click on Projector and than click on Update Driver Software.
===>Update box will asks you the required driver file.
===>Add downloaded driver software file through Browse.
===>After following few steps Projector driver software will install.
===>After doing so your problem will resolve.

Try this i hope this will help you...

If you have connected the projector using an U S B port and the result is negative,

It might be due to the missing device driver which also can be damaged and unable to perform it's designated task,

you can try to install the device driver for USB to change the outcome.

    to do so : START--CONTROL PANEL--SYSTEM AND SECURITY--DEVICE MANAGER--UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONTROLLER--DRIVER--,
UBIBSTALL , to remove the faulty driver, then, UPDATE DRIVER, to install the ltest.

Once the driver is active you ill hopefully be able to access the projecter.
