Unable to use Microsoft notebook mouse 5000 in windows 7

In the website, it is clearly written that notebook mouse 5000 is compatible with windows 7 but in my system, windows 7 doesn't install its drivers. This is the main reason of error and thus i am not able to use my mouse. I don't know, what is causing this issue but i need a solution. Is there anyone who can help me in fixing this issue? I am using Dell vostro 3500 laptop.

First of all re-install dell wireless 365 blutooth module and restart your computer. Now right click on bluetooth icon and choose "Settings". Then go to "Hardware" tab and select "Dell wireless 365 Bluetooth Module". After that click on "Properties" and then on "Change Settings".You will find this option in "General Tab". Once done,go to Power Management Tab and uncheck the option which shows "Allow computer to turn off this device" and restart your computer. After that you need to write "Services.msc" in the run command and press Enter button on your keyboard. After that double click on "Bluetooth support" and select Automatic(Startup Type). In next step, move to "Log on" tab and select "this account" and type in "Local Service". You need to delete both passwords. After performing all the above written steps restart your computer. Now check the bluetooth settings and make sure that an option "Allow Bluetooth device to find this computer" is turned on.Finally Add device and install your drivers.enjoy..

    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
"To pair the mouse, push and hold down the button on bottom of mouse, until light flashes green then red, once you do that go into the add new bluetooth device and add it. Once it pairs the lights will stop blinking, and mouse will start to work."

    Thank you.
