There is no way you can restrict the files getting save in Temporary Files as it is used by the System process mainly when you use to browse more in internet. Now instead of waiting for the Clean up warning message you can clean up the Temporary files folder by yourself which is indeed tiring process, but there is a solution where you can do it in just a Click, just follow the given steps.

STEP 1: Open Notepad and type the following lines ( in separate lines )

    cd C:\Users\%username%AppData\Local
    rmdir /S /Q Temp

STEP 2: Give your system username in place of %username%
STEP 3: Save the file as cleantemp.bat in your C: drive or in desktop.
STEP 4: Double Click the file to cleanup the Temp folder.

    dear friend,

You can't avoid temporary files to be saved.

If you access internet then the amount of temporary files will be more than general computer use.

If you avoid the message then you'll not know about the temporary file dump & your system will be crashed soon.

So it'll be better if you clean your temporary files regularly.

Follow these steps to do that-

    • Click on the Start button.
    • Type Run in the search box & click on the option appeared.
    • It'll open the Run window.
    • You may also open it by pressing Windows key+R button together.
    • Type %temp% in the edit field & hit enter.
    • It'll open the temporary file folder.
    • Now select all the files by tapping Ctrl+A together.
    • Now tap Shift+Delete together to delete all the temporary files permanently.
Hope it'll work & your computer will not get slow down.

Re: What to do if my temporary files folder files up very quickly and its taking most of the space everytime?

Hello, this can be done manually or by means of some third party software like Ccleaner and tuneup utilities. i recommend you to use Ccleaner software as it is easy and safe . just download it from its official website and then see the change you can also download tuneup utilities the main advantage of using tuneup utilities is it has automatic maintenance option which cure all these problem in background without affecting the system.

but if you want to do it manually just hold windows button and then press R now type temp in run and hit enter and then delete all files inside temporary folder.

also go to computer then right click on C: drive and then click properties now select disk cleanup option from the general tab.

check mark all option from the next menu that appear and then click ok.

now wait till windows clean all files...

Re: What to do if my temporary files folder files up very quickly and its taking most of the space everytime?

It's a very easy way to get rid of these temporary files from you computer every time , which can be done in the given way:

    1) Click on the start button .
    2) In the search box type " %TEMP% " , this will open up a new window .
    3) In the new window that emerges select all the files(Folders, shortcuts etc) using simultaneously press the keyboard buttons " Ctrl + A " , and then delete them permanently .

There would be some three to five files which may not get deleted , forget them and I Advice you to follow the above mentioned things to do everytime whenever you open and close your PC .

Re: What to do if my temporary files folder files up very quickly and its taking most of the space everytime?

    Dear,

Temporary files folders gets quickly filled up due to installation of new programs, downloading large files, using programs that produce lot of temporary data such as graphic and video processing programs, through Internet surfing and programs such as Google Earth, NASA wind, etc.

You can manually clean up this data by typing temp and %temp% in the run command box one by one and deleting all the files in the window opened.

You can use different software that will do the same automatically on a regular basis without your intervention:

    1. CCleaner (Best freeware)

    2. Tune-up utilities
    3. Advanced system care Pro
    4. Temp File Cleaner
    5. ATF Cleaner

    And many more.

    Thanks!
