Whether a non professional computer user will be able to fix Windows 8 problem on their own?

Windows 8 is already creating news for good as well as bad reasons. I have heard that Windows 8 is quite difficult to use for a non professional user. Is this really true?

Yes, A User who is not efficient in the OS Functions and its Repairs, can easily Fix Many Problems in Windows 8.

Windows 8 is designed to establish an effective connection between User an OS. There is a Tool called "Automatic Repair" which fixed the problems in Windows 8 automatically. There is no much difficulty in using this Tools.

You can use yourself by following the Steps below :

    1. Boot to the System Recovery Options screen, and click on Advanced options and Automatic Repair.

    2. If prompted, select an administrator account.

NOTE A: Standard user accounts and domain accounts on the computer will not be listed.
Type in the password for the selected administrator account, and click on Continue.
NOTE B: If you need to change the keyboard layout (language), then do so before entering your password so it will be the same language that the password was set in and match.

    3. Automatic Repair will now start "Diagnosing your PC", and attempt to automatically repair them.
NOTE : Automatic Repair might prompt you to make choices as it tries to fix the problem, and if necessary, it might restart your computer as it makes repairs.

    4. If startup repair could not find problems or repair your computer, then either click on Shut down to turn off your PC, or click on Advanced options to go back to step 1.
NOTE : Sometimes it may take to run Automatic Repair 3 times to fix the startup issue.

So, this is the Procedure to fix the Problems in Windows 8, which is an easy. There is no need to be Professional for this.

When ever your System crashes, you would call the Technician and will go for Re Installation. But, with Windows 8 you can do it by your own even if you are not the Professional User of the System.

Windows 8 is coming up with the two Functions "Reset" and "Refresh".

    Reset Function:

In Normal Windows System, this one deletes all the files, programs and Processes. Then, it performs Re Installation. Windows 8 is provided with the "Reset" Button. But, for all the problems in Windows 8 you may not go for the Reset.
You can use the "Refresh" Button for small issues in Windows 8.

    Refresh Function:

It is one of the Windows 8 Operating Function which is sued to solve small issues than going for Reset and re installation. It does not delete all the files or Program traces,. It retains User Settings and apps. It will be easy to use for small issues in Windows 8 Operating System.

Yes or not both are the answer of your question .
becoz window 8 a OS to connect with user with easily . And user can solve easy problems . so the answer is yes.
But if problem is quite difficult then unprofessional user can't solve it . So answer is no.
So it depends on user mind and problem .

Since, Windows 8 is an advanced version of Windows 7.
Though it has option like "Automatic Repair" but it would not be easy for a professional user to understand that OS. It would take time at least 1 month.
For non professional user, it may take up to a year. Because, he had not used even Windows 7, how he would understand Windows 8.
