Windows powered HP desktop getting into sleep mode faster

When I leave my Windows powered HP desktop idle for just 5 minutes, it goes to sleep mode. Actually I have set it to 30 minutes. Why is it happening so?

    Hello my friend,
There are many options in power editor settings.
Make sure that you have modified the correct settings e.g.
here you can see on battery and plugged in options.
Make sure that you have set it to 30 mins in plugged in options.

    All the best.

    hiii friend,

1)firstly turn on your system and go to the control panel
2)after that move to the hardware and sound option
3)then in the displayed option select option and click on it
4)a new window pops up now and in the left side you will see choose when to turn off the display and click on it
5)now save the settings according to your choice and save the settings

Not going into the settings nook and cranny, as you can set the time after the system will go into sleep,

I'd rather say get into power option and dieable all, exit, shut down the computer.

Restart, go to power option, set the time limit once again and check the effect.

Save the settings beore leaving the ooion.

Here is a discloser, Sleep activation under general power supply is longer than when run using battery, and this is to save the battery from unnecessary exhaustion of it. So if younare using the battery power to run the computer it can sleep faster.

    Dear friend,
your computer is going faster for sleep because of your settings "sleep" you can easily change it by these steps -
    - first of all open control panel
    - click on power option
    - In front of balanced (recommended) open change plan settings
    - now in front of put the computer to sleep open dialogue box and change the time you want
    - restart once for your settings to change safely
    try it
    thank you!
