    Hello there !!!

your windows security essential is doing such type of activities because
the application that you want to install must be installing any third party
application without your permission and the security essential consider such application as
    trojans.
therefore it is not allowing you to install the application.

so what you need to do is to disable the security essential and then try to install the
    application.
    it will be installed properly.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP.

    Hello...

Yes this obviously happens when you are trying to install any of the third part software

which doesn't have the required permissions .

for that you need to disable the blocking from the security center .

save the changes and apply them .

and carry on the installation .

    or else ...

simply access the permissions ( click on YES )

while the setup is starting .

    Thank you...

    Hi, Dear friend

Basically , these restrictions are operated by the windows defender and Antivirus ( if installed ) , So, simply remove them from the restrictions list ....and get the solution for this ...... ... that is

click the start button ....and now type windows defender in the search box of .. Start menu

And now click on Windows Defender from the start menu

And now Tap on TOOLS option from the top of the window and click on OPTIONS ..

after that choose EXCLUDED Files or FOLDERS option at the left pane

And now click the ADD Button .....and then Add the File in to List...... that is Which files are restricted by the Security Center that files or Folders only

And finally click the SAVE button .........After that your issue will be solved

    Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
